Important Notice About SentriLock Billing
To streamline the process for obtaining access to SentriLock keyholder services, you will receive an invoice directly from SentriLock for your key service renewal. Accordingly, key service renewal fees will no longer be paid directly to the Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® as it will be paid to SentriLock.
Beginning in November, you will receive several emails from SentriLock notifying you that the renewal invoice has been added to your online account. The payment, due by Wednesday, December 13th, 2017, can be made by logging on to the Sentrilock® website by clicking here or via phone by calling 877-327-9606.
The email you will receive will read:
“Your SentriLock fees for 2018 are now due.
Your SentriLock fees total $137.80 are due by Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 11:59 PM EST.
For your protection and security, SentriLock does not store your credit card data. Thus, we cannot automatically process your payment. You may pay via one of the methods listed below:
1. Log on to our website, http://lb.sentrilock.com and click on the shopping cart icon. This will allow you to securely pay online through our Ecommerce network using a credit card or electronic check.
2. Call 513-618-5800 or our Toll-Free number at 1-877-EASY-606 (877-327-9606) to pay via telephone. Please have your SentriCard ready as you will need the number on it to make telephone based payment.
3. Check payments made out to SentriLock can be mailed to the following address: SentriLock LLC Attn: Agent Billing 7701 Service Center Dr. West Chester, OH 45069
Unpaid accounts will result in suspension of the SentriCard and a reactivation fee of $50.00 will be added to the total amount due.”
When you login to SentriLock you will also receive an additional reminder:
“To all DAAR SentriLock users: Please be sure to click on the shopping cart in the top right of the screen to pay your current SentriLock fees which are due by Wednesday, December 13, 2018 at 11:59 PM EST.
Unpaid agents will have their SentriCard suspended and a reactivation fee of $50.00 will be added to the total amount due. If you have any questions concerning your agent fees, please contact Support at 513-618-5800.”
