Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® Installs 2025 President and Board of Directors

The Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® (DAAR) proudly installed its 2025 President and Board of Directors during its annual holiday party on Wednesday, December 11^th. The installation ceremony was conducted by Gary M. Clemens, Clerk of the Loudoun County Circuit Court.

Peter Leonard-Morgan, a real estate associate broker with Hunt Country Sotheby’s International Realty, was installed as the 62^nd President of DAAR.

During his speech, Leonard-Morgan stated, “I am truly grateful for the opportunity to lead your Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® for the coming year—a group of talented, resilient, and dedicated professionals committed to enhancing our communities through the power of real estate.”

Joining Leonard-Morgan on the Executive Committee will be President-Elect, Suzanne Fox (Keller Williams Loudoun Gateway), Treasurer, Charisma Ware (Samson Properties), and Immediate Past President, Ida Dennis (Century 21 Redwood Realty).

Serving alongside the Executive Committee are the 2025 Board of Directors:
