The current cycle deadline is December 31, 2024. REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®. If you have not yet completed the training, your membership is subject to suspension.

DAAR encourages all members to take the new NAR simulation training by visiting the virtual town of Fairhaven, which confronts discrimination in the home-buying process.

*Moseley and Moseley-Flint have not updated their ethics curriculum to meet new NAR requirements. Therefore, DAAR will no longer be able to accept Ethics courses from either of these providers, effective Jan. 1, 2022 (Cycle 7).
