Bright MLS Fees Reduced for REALTOR® Members

MRIS from Bright MLSGreat news! Starting with Q3 2017 billings, the Bright MLS subscription fee will decrease to $41 per month. This is a 25% reduction from the current REALTOR® monthly fee of $55.   This is an immediate benefit of the MRIS/TREND into Bright MLS consolidation that can be offered now, thanks to economies of scale and plan to eventually transition all members of participating REALTOR® Associations to a standard rate of $35 per month by 2019.
