Senate Bill 1351 (Wagner) – Allows certain associations to form a benefits consortium to sell benefits plans to its members.
Senate Bill 1353 (Wagner) – Defines “sponsoring associations” in connection with health care plans in the small employer market.
Senate Bill 1712 (Vogel) – Defines “sponsoring associations” in connection with health care plans in the small employer market.
House Bill 2443 (Wilt) – Defines “sponsoring associations” in connection with health care plans in the small employer market.
