Bright MLS: Online Help Receives Upgrade

Bright MLS recently launched a new, easier to use online help system.

Simply ask a question using the new mobile-compatible Knowledgebase. You can try it now by going to support.brightmls.com.  And, you can also access it from the Support menu via the same Search Help Topics link you’re accustomed to.

The Knowledgebase contains helpful information, such as:

• How-to and help articles about your account,  payments, and Bright accuracy and policy.
• Upcoming in-person training classes.
• On-demand training you can watch right now.
• A trending articles list so you can see where others are getting help.
• …and we’re continuing to add content to help you!

You can still search and view all previous help content too. Here’s how:

• Go to support.brightmls.com.
• Click the Search Help Topics link located in the upper right hand corner of the Knowledgebase homepage.
• A direct link to the Online Support Center is also available here.
