It’s Time to Vote – 6/11 Primary Election

It’s Primary Election time in Loudoun County. On Tuesday, June 11th, voters in Loudoun County will head to the polls to nominate candidates for offices to be voted on in the November 5th General Election.

Your Vote Counts, ceramic buttonDemocratic Party primaries will be held for the following offices:

  • Member, Senate of Virginia, District 31
  • Member, Senate of Virginia, District 33
  • Member, Virginia House of Delegates, District 87
  • Member, Board of Supervisors, Sterling District
  • Sheriff

Republican Party primaries will be held for the following office:

  • Member, Senate of Virginia, District 13

The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot by mail for the primary election is Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. The final day to vote an absentee ballot in person is Saturday, June 8, 2019.

Anyone who would like to vote an absentee ballot in person may do so at the Loudoun County Office of Elections and Voter Registration, 750 Miller Drive SE, Suite C in Leesburg, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office will be open Saturday, June 8, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the final day of absentee voting. Voters do not have to apply in advance to vote absentee in person.
