Bright MLS Subscription Fees Decrease for DAAR REALTOR Members on 7/1

MLS fees are set to decrease next month for DAAR REALTOR members and other REALTORS belonging to a shareholder association.

Starting on July 1, your fees will decrease to the following amounts:

• Member of REALTOR® shareholder association (includes DAAR): $35 per month ($105/quarter)
• Non-REALTOR® or member of a non-shareholder association: $53 per month ($159/quarter)
• Personal assistant/Office administrator: $35 per month ($105/quarter)

According to Bright MLS, fee reductions are one of the benefits of Bright serving a larger footprint. All subscribers who use Bright are in the process of transitioning, or have already transitioned, to these rates.
