Bright MLS Update: Directions Field will soon be Required on All Listings
We’ve all been there: three different map apps on your phone, and they take you to a commercial parking lot instead of the house you are trying to visit. While it may seem unusual in the age of GPSs and smartphones, additional driving directions are often required for properties located in rural areas or in areas of new construction.
To help ensure that buyer’s agents can easily access this information on listing reports, Directions will become a required field for all property types in Bright starting next the week of July 22nd, 2019.
For listings that do not currently have the Directions field populated, you will need to add this information before you can update or publish your listing. Please check your on-market listings and add any missing Directions within the Location section of Listing Management.
