IMPORTANT REMINDER: SentriLock NXT Lockboxes Warranty Expired 5/2/2021
The Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® (DAAR) is reminding all agents that the SentriLock NXT Lockboxes (non-Bluetooth boxes) are out of warranty as of May 2, 2021.
Unfortunately, due to the expired warranty, SentriLock and DAAR are no longer able to provide technical support for NXT Lockboxes. DAAR is no longer be able to:
- Sell new batteries
- Replace dead batteries
- Remove shackles
- Purchase replacement parts
- Replace defective NXT Lockboxes
- Use a power paddle to open NXT Lockboxes
If you have an NXT Lockbox failure and need a replacement, Bluetooth Lockboxes are available for purchase directly from DAARs RStore. The Bluetooth Lockboxes carry a 7-year warranty from time of purchase.
