DAAR Releases Updated Memo on Loudoun County Zoning Ordinance Rewrite

After closely following Loudoun County’s Zoning Ordinance Rewrite process over the past few years, the Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® (DAAR) has released an updated memorandum detailing the Association’s recommendations for improvements and areas of concern for the County’s residents, property owners, developers and other stakeholder groups.

Issues outlined in the memorandum include the proposed compatibility and off-street parking requirements for Attainable Housing units, as well as concerns regarding modifiability of the draft Zoning Ordinance.
