Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® Installs 2026 President and Board of Directors

The Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® (DAAR) proudly installed its 2026 President and Board of Directors at its annual holiday party on Wednesday, December 10^th. The installation ceremony was conducted by Gary M. Clemens, Clerk of the Loudoun County Circuit Court.

Suzanne Fox, a real estate agent with eXp Realty, was installed as the association’s 63^rd President.

During her speech, Fox stated, “Tonight isn’t just the start of a term – it’s the start of a mission. A mission to protect the value of local expertise, and to serve Loudoun with unwavering purpose because our work shapes our neighbors’ lives. Every key we hand over, every family we guide, every neighborhood we serve speaks to the strength of our impact.”

Joining Fox on the Executive Committee will be President-Elect, Kim Kroner (Washington Dulles Real Estate), Treasurer, Charisma Ware (Samson Properties), and Immediate Past President, Peter Leonard-Morgan (Hunt Country Sotheby’s).
