Legal Hotline

DAAR members are eligible to contact the VAR Legal Hotline.  This hotline is an online platform that allows you to get answers regarding NAR Code of Ethics, Standardized Forms, and relevant real estate law! A VAR attorney will call you in response to your submission in most cases within a few hours of submitting a ticket, but no later than one business day.  Please ensure that your phone number is accurate in your submission so the attorneys can respond to your questions.
