NVAR Forms Changes, Effective January 1st, 2025
The NVAR Board of Directors has approved updates to the following forms and new forms. These changes go into effect January 1st, 2025 and include a new form, K1404 – Tenant’s Broker Compensation Agreement.
Note: All January 2025 versions of the forms were updated administratively to increase lines for party names and to remove “Fax” from any contact information. These clerical updates will be applied to all forms moving forward.

The changes are as follows:
