Manual Listing Entry No Longer an Option for Zillow

As of May 1st the Zillow Group will no longer allow agents to manually enter their listings into Zillow. According to the Zillow Group, this change was made to provide high-quality listing data and a simple way for brokers and agents to market their listings through Broker and MLS feeds.

According to the latest BrightMLS update, subscribers of TREND and MRIS are currently able to send their listings to the Zillow Group through broker feeds. The plan for BrightMLS is to also offer a way for Brokers to easily send their listings to the Zillow Group’s websites.
