Schedule a FREE Financial Counseling Appointment

Schedule a 45 minute session with a certified volunteer from Nonprofit Britepaths.  Expert volunteers provide pro-bono financial advice to help low to moderate income individuals. Financial planners analyze each client’s financial situation, answer any questions and try to give each client five (or more) very specific concrete action steps that they can take immediately to improve their financial situation. Possible topics may include: how to create a savings and spending plan, homeownership readiness, debt to income ratios, analyze rent versus buy decisions, strategies on improving credit score, tips to lower expenses, and how to work with creditors. In addition to private consultations, Britepaths also offers workforce development support, financial literacy classes and a longer-term financial mentoring program.
